Package 1: Open Beer, Wine, and Soda Bar

2-Hour: $15 - $17 per person

3-Hour: $18 - $20 per person

4-Hour: $22- $25 per person

Complimentary Champagne toast available with purchase of any 4-hour open bar package. Glass-rental incurs an added fee of $1/glass.

$750 minimum applies. Disposable glassware is included in the package costs.

Package 2: Open Liquor, Beer, Wine, and Soda Bar

2-Hour: $16 - $18 per person

3-Hour: $19 - $22 per person

4-Hour: $23 - $25 per person

5-Hour: $26 - $28 per person

Liquors: Vodka, Gin, Spiced and White rum, Whiskey, Bourbon, and Dewars Scotch

Alternative Bar Options

Cash Bar:

A minimum beverage expenditure of $500 is required for exclusive use of a cash bar and is only available for parties of 100 guests or less. Hour(s) of cash bar can be added onto any 2-hour (or more) open bar packages

Mixed Drink & Wine: $6 per drink

Beer: $5-$6 per drink

Sodas & Bottled Water: $2.50 per drink

Beverage Package Enhancements

Non-alcoholic drink stations can be purchased directly through The Hillcrest Estate (costs notated below) or through your caterer.

Coffee Station

Stationary set-up with disposable to-go cups. Includes regular and decaf, sugar, sugar substitutes, creamer and half & half.

Non-Alcoholic Drink Station

Infused water, classic or flavored lemonade, iced tea, and cider available. Length of time, stationary versus displayed, glass vs. disposable, etc. impact cost. Please inquire.

Glassware Rentals

Champagne Flutes (6 ounce): $1.00 per glass

Cocktail, wine, goblets, specialty glassware, coffee mugs, etc. can be quoted upon request.

All bar, beverage and rental purchases incur NYS Sales Tax. A 22% service fee will be added to your bar package, beverage, and rental purchase. Service fees are not distributed out to staff as gratuity, they are used for labor and equipment costs. Prices may be subject to change based on current market pricing. We do not serve shots or drinks on the rocks. We use premium clear disposable cups. A $300 set-up fee is incurred for the addition of a second bar (which is sometimes requested by clients for tent weddings).
