We’re so excited to have you join us for our annual tasting event. As booked clients with The Hillcrest Estate and catering from the Yard of Ale, you’re invited to join us at no cost for this event!
Each couple is entitled to the following:
Dinner for two provided by The Yard of Ale
Two signature drinks per couple (1 of each of the 2 specialty cocktails we will be featuring upon arrival) provided by The Hillcrest Estate
Mulled apple cider bar and cash bar provided by The Hillcrest Estate
Dessert from The Cake Place and The Yard of Ale
Cocktail hour and small bites from The Yard of Ale
Photobooth use provided by Matt Holzwarth
Additional vendors participating: Avon Floral World (real and faux florals) Simple Celebrations (design, planning, decor rental and officiant services), M.C.A Shear Beauty
Each couple has the option to purchase an additional two tickets ($50/per ticket) by Tuesday November 1, 2022) by texting Kate at 585.356.7164 or emailing us at TheHillcrestEstate@gmail.com. Additionally, if any of our couples would like to spend the night in a room in the mansion, the cost is $100/room (limited number of rooms available).
Our fall theme for the evening will feature florals from Avon Floral World, as well as decor and rentals as a collaboration between Simple Celebrations and The Hillcrest Estate.
Our menu for the evening includes:
Specialty cocktails upon arrival in the ballroom
Mulled apple cider bar at our woodland ceremony area
Cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres: bar bites (cajun nuts, popcorn and house-made chips), mini-garbage plate station, party dip duo platter, Swedish meatballs, bruschetta and more!
Plated Meal:
Assortment of bread and garden salad by The Yard of Ale
Dinner (tasting portions of the following) by The Yard of Ale
Green beans provencal (sautéed with onions and mushrooms)
Grilled vegetables (medley of asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, peppers, and onions drizzled with balsamic reduction, served chilled or room temperature
Garlic Smashed Yukon Gold potatoes with garlic and butter
Macaroni and cheese (NYS Craigs Creamery cheddar with rigatoni and bread crumbs)
Chicken French (egg-battered chicken breasts sautéed with a sherry-lemon sauce)
Roast Pork Tenderloin (with a maple-dijon glaze)
Cupcakes provided by The Cake Place
Creme Brûlée provided by The Yard of Ale
Itinerary for the evening is as follows:
5pm: Arrival at The Hillcrest Estate. Checkin at the front door/entryway and you’ll receive your drink tickets. Visit Julie our bartender at the Louisiana Purchase Statue to redeem them!
5:15pm: Take a guided stroll to the ceremony locations with Kate and grab some mulled apple cider. Cash bar will open up and be available throughout the night.
5:30pm: Enjoy a selection of hors d'oeuvres in the dining room provided by The Yard of Ale and get a photo at the photobooth!
6:00pm: Take your seat at the dinner table and enjoy!
7:15pm: Dessert will be available.
7:30 - 9pm: Grab a drink at the bar, hang-out indoors or outdoors on the veranda or at the fire-pit!
